"Falso Positivo" (Bertha y Mónica Quijano para I.D.PC). Un sentido clamor por las víctimas y dolientes del conflicto en Colombia. Nos ponemos de pie para mostrar que podemos sostener una lucha transformadora y confrontar el silencio sin usar las mismas armas de terror de los opresores.[Eng.] A heartfelt clamor for Colombia's victims and mourners. We take a stand to express we can hold a transformative fight and facing the silence without using the same terror weapons of the oppressors.
"Acciones Recíprocas" - Encuentro convocado por Mingas de Cuerpos; reflexiones y acciones colectivas a propósito del performance como activador de lazos comunes y movimiento social y político.

Video de la acción del cacerolazo 22 de Noviembre 2019, Plaza de Nariño Pasto (Colombia). La duración del performance fue de alrededor de 40 minutos después de la marcha. La idea siempre ha sido colectivizar la acción tanto como sea posible, evitando la diferenciación entre "artistas" y participantes, sean ellos voluntarios o incidentales. Queremos salir del estatuto de arte para privilegiar el sentido de lo comunal y lo compartido -así sea confrontativo-, con todas sus implicaciones; esa ha sido nuestra apuesta hasta ahora.
[Eng.] Video from the action on 22 November 2019, Plaza de Nariño Pasto (Colombia). The performance length was of about 40 minutes after the march walk. The idea has always been to collectivize the action as much as possible, avoiding the differentiation between "artist" and participants, being them voluntary or incidental. We want to take off that statute of art to privilege the sense of the commonal and shared -may it be even confrontational-, with all of its implications; that's been our aim so far.

Y nuestra experiencia accionando en Bogotá... (Our experience in action at Bogotá...)

Videos de la acción en Bogotá, Plaza de Bolívar, Claustro de San Agustín, rodeando el Palacio Presidencial (al que la policía y personal de seguridad no nos permitió acercarnos, alegando que debían preservar la integridad del Sr. presidente.) Y nos preguntamos, ¿qué daño podían hacer unos cuantos espejos marcados y un pequeño grupo de ciudadanos marchando? Eso levantó muchos cuestionamientos y de seguro frustró, puso en confusión las perspectivas sobre la "libre expresión" y la "integridad" aunque ciertamente no por mucho tiempo. Como el video mismo, si sólo se tratara de un problema de calidad... Esto significó un vuelco desafiante al enfoque del proyecto.

Videos from the action at Bogotá, Plaza de Bolívar, Claustro de San Agustín, surrounding the Presidential Palace (which we weren't allowed to get any near to by the police and security, who alleged they had to preserve Mr. President's integrity). And we asked ourselves, which damage could possibly be done by a few marked mirrors and a small bunch of walking citizens? That arose lots of questioning and surely thwarted, baffled the perspectives about "free expression" and "integrity" but certainly, not for long. As the video, if it's just a matter of a quality concern ... This meant a challenging turn to the project's focus.
Un gran aprendizaje con multiplicidad de interrogantes y horizontes acerca no sólo de la realidad que se quiso reflejar, sino del planteamiento mismo de este diálogo, sus migraciones y nuestras decisiones al accionar. Este largo-corto desplazamiento geográfico y de imaginarios, este nuevo intento colectivo.
[Eng.] A big learning with multiple interrogants and horizons regarding not just the reality we wanted to reflect, but the very setting-up of this dialogue, its migrations and our decisions on actioning. This long-short geographic and imaginary displacement, this new collective attempt.
Gracias a Andrés Montes (Cali), Maud Madlyn (Francia), Miguel Gonzáles (Bogotá), Prem Shiva (Bogotá), Juan Orozco y Evelyn Loaiza (Medellín) por su amabilidad al compartir nuestra acción colectiva sosteniendo los espejos durante todo el recorrido (fuera y dentro de la acción); a las madres de Soacha por su voluntad de acompañarnos así los sucesos políticos de esa semana nos impidieran el encuentro. Gracias al Colectivo Atempo (Bogotá) y a la Chatica por el espacio que compartieron. Queremos reiterar nuestro profundo agradecimiento a Grecia Quintero (Cúcuta) y el equipo de Mingas por promover estos espacios de diálogo e intercambio.
