MANIFESTING
As a collective we intend to promote cultural and political manifestation builing a platform set for performative actions, the development of collective projects and involving the audience seeking for outreach strategies of active exchange and participation.
This experience is to be initiated through social media channels, and focuses on action, movement and storytelling.

A year ago, a fire broke out in Lebanon, followed by a revolution in the country that overthrew the government. The new year began under an inexperienced government and with the outbreak of the Corona epidemic in light of the economic crisis that led to problems with food shortages and lack of fuel. With all the troubles and in the peak of the economic crises, 2 Tons of Ammonium Nitrate destroyed the City of Dreams, Beirut, to become a cemetery.
BLABEL
We, Abdulnur Akyüz (Lebanon) and Mónica Quijano (Colombia) are I.D., two people from far away corners in the world building a confronting dialogue in order to divest from institutionalized discourse which has favored oppresion and division by means of language and imposed ideologies/ belief.

PREJUDICE
Based on true events, Önyargı (Prejudice) discusses mainly the discrimination in our lives based on gender, religion, race or beauty standards. Sometimes, people are buried on the inside while they’re still alive because they are afraid of the society’s judgement. Therefore, they prefer to stay indoor to cover their bodies, to hide their sins and to isolate themselves from a society who have an opinion not based on an actual experience.

Acción de carácter colectivo y participativo, se trata de un retrato vivo y múltiple, donde el sujeto reflejado es testigo del otro a través de la experiencia confrontada. Se enmarca primero dentro del contexto de nuestras historias personales como mujeres y la historia violenta de Colombia, lo que da título al trabajo.
